La Sucursal NewHolly de la Biblioteca Pública de Seattle está ubicada en 7058 32nd Avenue S en Beacon Hill, Seattle. Completada en 1999, la Biblioteca NewHolly reemplazó a la Biblioteca Holly Park, que se construyó en un principio en 1943 para servir al desarrollo de viviendas de la Segunda Guerra Mundial Holly Park. Después de la Guerra, la Autoridad de Vivienda de Seattle convirtió el desarrollo en viviendas subsidiadas para las personas de bajos ingresos.
