En 1951, 16 empresarios chinos se reúnen en lo que fuera el Restaurante Twin Dragon en Seattle y fundan el Club Chino de Golf de Seattle (Seattle Chinese Golf Club). El Campo de Golf de Jefferson Park en Seattle se establece como su campo local, donde en 1952 juegan su primer torneo por invitación contra el Club de Golf de Vancouver B.C. En 1954 cambiarán su nombre a Seattle Cascade Golf Club. Continúan siendo el club de golf asiático preeminente en el área del Puget Sound.d.
