西雅图公共图书馆灯塔山分馆坐落于西雅图灯塔山 2821 Beacon Avenue S,图书馆大楼由 1998 年“全民图书馆 (Libraries for All)”计划发行的债券筹资兴建。分馆于 1945 年对外试营业,最初的店面很小,位于 2708 Beacon Avenue S,主要由社区工作小组成员出资、出力,才能确保分馆顺利营业。灯塔山分馆于 1947 年初具规模,成为正式的分馆,后于 1962 年迁入由一家零售商店改建的店面内,该店面位于 2519 15th Avenue S。但 6 年后,与分馆毗连楼宇的一场大火几乎使其毁于一旦。幸运的是,一场及时的大雨挽救了分馆,在之后的 40 多年里,分馆一直坐落于此。目前的分馆大楼由 Carlson Architects 设计,并于 2004 年 7 月 10 日正式开馆,占地面积是之前的三倍,其中藏有汉语、越南语、西班牙语及菲律宾语等特色藏品,这反映了该馆服务之灯塔山周边社区的多样性文化背景。
